Dr. Pedraum Heydari DMD, DICOI
Born in Seattle and raised in Kent, Dr. Pedraum Heydari is proud to care for the South Puget Sound communities that shaped him. He discovered his passion for dentistry at the University of Washington while assisting and volunteering in clinics serving underserved patients.
He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) and a Certificate in Public Health from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health before returning to the Pacific Northwest to begin his career.
A graduate of the prestigious Kois Center and a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), Dr. Heydari is committed to advanced training and clinical excellence. He remains active in leading dental organizations and continually pursues education to provide the highest standard of care.
Outside the office, he enjoys hiking, golfing, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and spending time with his service dog, Toby. A proud foodie, he’s always happy to trade restaurant recommendations.

Jill
Office Manager
Jill is our dedicated Office Manager and often the first friendly face to greet you at 12 Dentistry. Born and raised in Puyallup, she has been part of our practice for more than three decades, including 28 years as a Registered Dental Assistant.
Outside the office, she enjoys time with friends and family and volunteers at her daughter’s nonprofit horse rescue
Erica
Patient Treatment Coordinator
Erica is a new addition to the 12 Dentistry team. She is another smiling face that you will see when you first come in to our practice. She has an extensive background in dental insurance and billing. Erica enjoys spending time with her fiance and grand babies in her off time.
Deanna
Registered Dental Hygienist
Deanna is a 4th generation Washingtonian and a 12th Man for life! Deanna takes pride in providing individualized high quality care. In her free time, her and her husband enjoy traveling, gardening, and long walks on rocky Washington beaches.
Marcy
Registered Dental Hygienist
Marcy has been part of the 12 Dentistry team since 2001. Her well‑rounded dental background includes training as a dental hygienist, dental assistant, and dental lab technician, and she loves building personal connections with the patients she cares for.
Born and raised in Puyallup and a Rogers High School alum, Marcy enjoys gardening and spending time with her dog when she’s not in the office.
Sadie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Sadie has deep roots in the Pacific Northwest, born and raised here in Washington. She has been a dental hygienist for eight years and brings a diverse range of experience to our team. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and her adorable one‑year‑old.
Amy
Registered Dental Assistant
Amy has been part of the 12 Dentistry team since 2005 and brings a warm, calming presence to every appointment. She loves helping patients feel comfortable and genuinely enjoys her work as a dental assistant.

Ashley
Registered Dental Assistant
Ashley is a new face to 12 Dentistry, however is far from new to the dental field. With a background in pediatric dentistry, Ashley is sure to make you and your little one's appointments all the more comfortable! Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 adorable children!
Toby
Office Companion
Toby is our service dog here at 12 Dentistry! He will undoubtedly be one of the first people to greet you, and say goodbye after your appointment here. As a U.S. Registered Service Dog, he can also help anxious patient's during their treatment. If you would prefer Toby not say hello or goodbye, please let one of our front office staff know, and we will put him in "his office" during your visit.
