Our Story

12 Dentistry has long-standing roots in the Puyallup community. In 2020, Dr. Ronald Ko brought together the established practices of Dr. Robert Wiggins and Dr. Michael Bailey—two highly respected dentists who cared for local families for decades. Dr. Ko continued their tradition of compassionate, high‑quality dentistry for five years before passing the practice to Dr. Pedraum Heydari in 2025.

Many of our team members have been with us since the days of Dr. Wiggins and Dr. Bailey, and their dedication remains a defining part of who we are. Today, we honor the legacy they helped build while embracing the future—blending relationship‑based care with modern technology and a renewed vision for what dentistry can be.
