Apart from regular routine dental care with an occasional filling, the 12 Dentistry team recently helped me recover from a serious accident involving multiple cracked teeth. I think many dentists would have pulled this tooth, and am so thankful Dr. Heydari was able to clean me up, maybe better than new. I was incredibly anxious and in serious pain, and the 12 dentistry team demonstrated sincere compassion that kept me at ease throughout the procedures. Dr Heydari worked on my back molar, which had cracked-just one week after having a root canal by the Endodontist (who did an amazing job on a difficult tooth). This tooth was trying to get pulled! But, Dr Heydari took time to assess the tooth, and discussed options with me in a kind and honest manner. We decided to attempt to save the tooth and continue this “crown creation and placement journey”! That day, he removed the cracked portion of the tooth, gum tissue, and created a perfect temporary crown for me to have until the permanent crown was ready. I returned today for the “seating”of my permanent crown. Dr Heydari was upfront with me that’s he wasn’t happy with the way it looked once it was placed. He then discussed the options thoroughly and gave me the opportunity to decide for myself as to whether to continue. Dr Heydari and Ashley took the time to do extensive work so that we were able to save the tooth, and save the crown. It looks and feels perfect! Most dentists would not have been up to this challenge-they would have given up and recommended it be pulled.
This dental office is a cohesive team. They are cheerful, very helpful, and compassionate. I highly recommend 12 Dentistry and Dr Heydari.
