12 Dentistry has deep roots in the Puyallup community. In 2020, Dr. Ronald Ko founded 12 Dentistry by bringing together the long-standing practices of Dr. Robert Wiggins and Dr. Michael Bailey — two highly respected dentists who cared for local families for decades. Dr. Ko carried on their tradition of compassionate, high-quality dentistry for five years before passing the practice on to Dr. Pedraum Heydari in 2025.

Many of our team members have been with the practice since the days of Dr. Wiggins and Dr. Bailey, and their dedication and hard work are a big part of what makes 12 Dentistry special. Today, we continue to honor the legacy of those who came before us while also looking ahead — combining personal, relationship-based care with the latest technology and a fresh vision for the future.
