A healthy smile is vitally important to your oral health, general health, and overall well-being. We don't want any patient to have to forego dental treatment because of budgetary limitations and will do everything possible to ensure that they get the crucial care they need.

We have listed our insurances and financing options below, and we urge you to contact us at (253) 848-7281 if you have any questions or concerns about your dental care. 

Insurance

At 12 Dentistry, we want to make it easy for you to receive quality dentistry, and one way is to assist you with all of your dental insurance needs. We are in-network with many dental insurance companies and accept most plans with the exception of HMO, Molina, and Apple Health. We ask that patients provide their most up-to-date dental insurance information prior to their appointment. Dental insurance is billed as a courtesy to our patients and we are happy to do so whether in-network or out-of-network!

If your plan is out-of-network, you may not receive the discounted rate of an in-network dentist. Many patients believe the quality of care they receive at 12 Dentistry is worth the slight difference in cost (if any).

Payment Options

We accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard as forms of payment. We also work with CareCredit, a third-party lender that makes it convenient to finance the cost of your dental care with low-interest and no-interest loans.

If you are uninsured, we offer a 5% discount for cash/check payments at time of service.
