Dr. Pedraum Heydari, DMD, DICOI
Born in Seattle and raised in Kent, Dr. Pedraum Heydari is proud to serve the communities of the South Puget Sound that helped shape him. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Cellular, Molecular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Washington, where his passion for dentistry began while volunteering and working as a dental assistant at the UW Dental Urgent Care Clinic and the Union Gospel Mission. His experience caring for underserved populations deepened his commitment to community-focused healthcare and solidified his path toward dentistry.
Dr. Heydari went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, along with a Certificate in Public Health. After graduation, he returned to the Pacific Northwest to begin his career—bringing his skills back to the region that raised him.
Dedicated to clinical excellence, Dr. Heydari is one of fewer than 1,200 dentists to graduate from the prestigious Kois Center, a world-renowned postgraduate program focused on advanced dental techniques. He is also a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), reflecting his extensive expertise in implant dentistry.
Dr. Heydari is an active member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, Pierce County Dental Society, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He frequently attends continuing education courses and study clubs to stay at the forefront of dental advancements and provide the highest level of care to his patients.
“General dentistry is amazing because it allows me to solve complex problems for my patients using a variety of skill sets—whether restorative, cosmetic, prosthodontic, endodontic, or surgical. My goal is always to educate, deliver beautiful results, and have fun while doing it,” he says.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Heydari enjoys everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer — from hiking and golfing to spending time with family. He shares his life with his beloved service dog, Toby, and proudly embraces his title as a self-proclaimed foodie. Office Manager
Jill is our amazing Office Manager. She is usually the first smiling face you’ll see when you arrive at 12 Dentistry for your appointment!
Jill was born and raised in the PNW. She has been in dentistry for 35 years with 28 years of clinical experience as a Registered Dental Assistant. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Erica
Patient Treatment Coordinator
Erica is a new addition to the 12 Dentistry team. She is another smiling face that you will see when you first come in to our practice. She has an extensive background in dental insurance and billing. Erica enjoys spending time with her fiance and grand babies in her off time.
Debbie
Debbie is one of our amazing hygienists at 12 Dentistry. She has been with the practice for decades now, originally working for Dr. Wiggins for over 20 years! Deb has extensive experience in dental hygiene and is an integral part of our practice. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and enjoying the outdoors in the Pacific Northwest!

Registered Dental Hygienist
Deanna is a 4th generation Washingtonian and a 12th Man for life! Deanna takes pride in providing individualized high quality care. In her free time, her and her husband enjoy traveling, gardening, and long walks on rocky Washington beaches.
Marcy
Registered Dental Hygienist
Marcy has been a part of the 12 Dentistry team since 2001. Her well-rounded dental education includes training as a dental hygienist, dental assistant, and dental lab technician. Marcy loves her job because she enjoys developing personal connections with her patients.
Marcy was born and raised in Puyallup and attended Rogers High School. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys gardening and playing with her dog.

Amy has been working in our office since 2005! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She strives to make each patient as comfortable as possible and truly enjoys her role as a dental assistant.

Registered Dental Assistant
Ashley is a new face to 12 Dentistry, however is far from new to the dental field. With a background in pediatric dentistry, Ashley is sure to make you and your little one's appointments all the more comfortable! Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 adorable children!
Toby
Office Dog
Toby is our service dog here at 12 Dentistry! He will undoubtedly be one of the first people to greet you, and say goodbye after your appointment here. As a U.S. Registered Service Dog, he can also help anxious patient's during their treatment. If you would prefer Toby not say hello or goodbye, please let one of our front office staff know, and we will put him in "his office" during your visit.
